"UPGRADED ELECTRICAL PANEL, WIRING, INSTALL ELECTRICAL SWITCHES OUTLETS AND FIXTURES. VERY CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE & CARING."

"This work was done on April 5 and 6. It took 2 days because we just bought an older home in Sarasota and the sellers didn't do much in the line of fixtures (all capped off) and there were some inspection issues that were not resolved that required repairs to clear the Florida 4 Point Inspection Report. Mike worked on Thursday, April 5th and returned with Nick on Friday, April 6. They worked very hard for 2 days at installing the lights, corrected non grounded outlet issues, reverse polarity and, capping off live wire in the crawl space, trouble shot an outlet and suggested a sensor for the outdoor light pole, and a few other items. Mike and Nick worked so hard that I thought it only fair that they were working through lunchtime to then go to another job--- I ran out to get them sandwiches. Please take care of your technicians when they are working this hard, I learned this from my dad who was a true southern gentleman. I was impressed by the professionalism and the text and email confirmations for the appointment. We have more projects in the future and we will be using Luminous again and requesting in advance the same technicians."

"Great employees did a great job running 80 amps of power from my home to my detached workshop, installed electrical panel for future additions, the electrical outlets and lighting that I requested and Joel Rodriquez explained to me in detail everything they did. They arrived promptly and completed the install in one day."

"The Electrician, Jeremy, did a great job installing our level 2 EV charger. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the installation and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Would highly recommend for other electrical jobs."

"Brad was gracious, friendly & professional. Going forward we will likely use them again for all our electrical needs."

"Quick and easy install. Would hire again for anything I need hung in my house"

"Excellent first contact with the company when they called me. Got scheduled for a quote visit quickly. Electrician was friendly and competent. After a quick discussion upon his arrival, I opted to just have the ceiling fans installed. No outlet or light switch work was performed. The price was higher than some of the other companies for the same work, but it was still within the range of what others in the area have paid."

"East-West recently completed a successful upgrade to the electrical panel in our home in Dunedin. The work was excellent, the price was competitive, all time-line promises were honored, and the work area was left spotless every step of the way. Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. But East-West really hit it out of the ballpark with the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes of their employees. Starting with Phil, who wrote up our estimate and later calmly solved a small speed bump in our project. Then Maya, their office manager who impressed with her ease (and promptness) in communication and amazing kindness. And Jonathan, Frank, and John, who did the work cheerfully and with pride in both their process and outcomes. I could not recommend a business more enthusiastically nor with greater appreciation."

"Highly Recommend Shock Doc Electric! We recently had our entire electrical panel replaced by Shock Doc Electric, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, Matt was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what was being done and why. Matt arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and you can tell he take real pride in his work. Our new panel looks great, functions perfectly, and gives us so much more confidence in the safety and reliability of our home’s electrical system. It’s rare to find a company this honest, skilled, and respectful of your time and property. If you’re looking for a dependable electrician who delivers exceptional service, look no further than Shock Doc Electric. We will absolutely be calling them for any future electric needs."
