"rom the start of the project, Crystian and Richard accommodated our plans and needs for the screen room project. The job went without delay and the screened front porch is an asset to to the house! Rainer and his partner, installers, worked without stopping to complete the project. They even came back twice to adjust to our needs. Definitely consider this company for your project! Part 2! "RollShield was one of 5 vendors we contacted for information about window opening hurricane protection. We initially worked with Don as our salesman and point of contact. Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. The production and installation were completed as promised even if their busy season. Trey was our installer and there is not a bad thing to say about his skills or customer service. He was instrumental in figuring out the size and shape of the structure. He clearly told us what to expect and when. Mark Weiss, the project manager is simply brilliant: he did all the drawings. And what is absolutely amazing that Josh pretty much did the entire project by himself! This very young man is so experienced, he takes pride in quality of his workmanship! "We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last. With his recommendation, along with our perception of his knowledge, experience and honesty, we proceeded to contract his team to create a new and improved concrete footer. The results were everything we could ask for in a professional organization. The team, led by Bill, created a superior concrete footer that undoubtedly saved us thousands down the road. "The permitting took about a month which they prepared us for. The crew worked in the 97 degree heat taking down our old cage and putting up a new one in 3.5 days. It is a 2 story cage. They were meticulous and the workmanship appears excellent. We are very please with the appearance and sturdiness of the enclosure."

D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.

The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.

We are so happy with the workmanship that we now are using D&D Aluminum to add a screened in patio to the back of our house.
