"RollShield was one of 5 vendors we contacted for information about window opening hurricane protection. We initially worked with Don as our salesman and point of contact. Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. "We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last. With his recommendation, along with our perception of his knowledge, experience and honesty, we proceeded to contract his team to create a new and improved concrete footer. The results were everything we could ask for in a professional organization. The team, led by Bill, created a superior concrete footer that undoubtedly saved us thousands down the road. "We're really happy with the quality of our screened enclosure installed by Ron L. Aluminum.  It's been up for a couple of years and so far everything still looks great.  It took about a week or week and a half once the process started to get the whole thing done.  The concrete pad had to cure before starting the enclosure.  They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up very well after the job was completed.  I would recommend them if you're looking for a similar structure.
