I've never run faster to the computer to complete a review like I did this morning. A few weeks ago, I noticed my main garage door seemed to be a little sluggish when it was opened or closed. When I called the office, the receptionist was very nice and able to find an appointment despite my chaotic schedule. This morning, I received a call to let me know the team would be able to arrive a little earlier than my appointment. Joshua was amazing! He noticed the problem right away and explained how it could've possibly happened, as well as ways to prevent it from reoccurring. I mentioned that my second garage door was not responding to a remote and in a matter of seconds, he was able to provide me with a new remote. Joshua also quickly programmed the buttons in my car to open that door. I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and respect that Joshua showed during my appointment. At our previous home, we had a terrible experience with another garage door company that used multiple scare tactics to oversell me on repairs.
