"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"
