"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

Rob was also very instrumental in the success of this endeavor, overseeing the project and keeping needed inventory supplied so work could progress smoothly. Rob even put the finishing touches on the roof, giving it some of his thirty plus years of expertise. Every night when the crew left they would clean up the perimeter of the house and and leave it like we were expecting company. I was very impressed by the work of these three professionals. received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

 The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.

"After storms blew off some roof shingles, we turned to Angie’s List for recommendations and referrals for a roofer. We chose Frontline Consultants because of their 5-star rating. Logan came to our home and led us through the insurance claim process. His knowledge, expertise, accessibility and non-patronizing attitude with us made him a pleasure to work with. Our other contact was Nicole in the office, and she, also, was great. If we left a message for either of them, our call was promptly returned. We were told by Logan that the complete job with tear down of existing shingles and re-roofing would be completed in one day .. it was and it was done well and the cleanup was excellent .. no nails or pieces of shingle left behind."

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"After dealing with a flat tire (it happens) Agusto arrived to provide an estimate for a roof repair and to assess the overall health of the roof.. I provided my email address for the written estimate. It's been over a week and I have not received the estimate nor received any other type of follow up. I have already had the roof repaired by someone else."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder.
