"My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."

"Steve and his assistant were amazing. Not only did they do the job I initially signed up for but they went ahead and polished my granite and sink faucet. They were incredibly thorough and effeicient. My kitchen looked stunning when they were done! I found out Steve cleans just about any type of surface you need. I was contacted immediately by Joe Kincaid after my first call.  He showed up as promised and listened to my requests.  Had a estimate within a few days along with possible upgrades that we discussed. He also made suggestions that I hadn't thought of. 

Mark Betty oversaw the work and he also helped with suggestions that worked great.    All workers showed up on time and were very professional and pros at their job.  They all cleaned up daily.  Work was finished in a timely manner. 

Will be using them again.  This is the first time I have hired a contractor and all went well and the suggestions that they made were things that I didn't know.  So, I suggest listening to them, they know their business.
