"My first experience with a remodel, but not new to construction. I am so pleased I had an excellent referral on Bridges Const. to rely on. Obtained the bid, guessed it upward by a few thousand because I know myself! I went to the supply store they recommended and had a ball! I just picked out what I really liked and wanted and tallied up the excess over the allowance and decided this was likely the only remodel for that bathroom while I own the house, so went for it! And no regrets! The workmen were timely - always! In fact, I had to ask if they were ever late! I was able to be at home for most of it, but oh my the noise. When/if I do the kitchen, I will disappear during the demo stage!! However, glad I was around for the rest and the workmen were most attentive to keeping the dust down with plastic sheets hung all over, etc. Each tradesman was a professional and worked diligently during their time here. All in all, it was a tad costly, but most of that is my choices. . . . I mean, I just couldn't say no to that gorgeous $2700 medicine cabinet!! And the $1500 vanity with only 2 drawers! Life is choices and I am glad I made mine for Bridges Construction."

"We can’t say enough good things about Tyler and the team at TK Remodels! They removed our popcorn ceilings and took down a wall in our kitchen, and the transformation has been incredible. The quality of their work was outstanding, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in what they do. What really stood out to us was Tyler’s communication throughout the entire project. He was always honest, transparent, and kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole remodeling process so much less stressful. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is dependable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We are beyond happy with the results and would 100% hire TK Remodels again for future projects. If you’re looking for a contractor you can trust, we highly recommend Tyler and his team!"

"Biltmore Construction was quick to respond to our inquiry, friendly, provided input on our project and the estimate was in line with other estimates received. We ended up selecting a contractor that was directly contracted with our insurance company since our project was due to a water leak. I would recommend them for your next project."

"Juan did an amazing job with my condo remodel! I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking to have remodeling done. He works hard and gets the job done right!"

"They?re very professional. Arriving everyday, working full days keeping me updated on progress and next steps. They cleaned up the construction site everyday before leaving for the day. The quality of work was excellent and had great attention to detail"

"Highly recommend. We got water damage in our kitchen and Ricky helped us fix it. He was very responsive and helpful with any information we need. His crew were respectful and reliable. With only 2 people working, they were able to fix the water leak and finish our kitchen and bathroom remodel in less than 2 weeks. I am so thankful with Ricky and will be reaching out to them for any house improvement we have."

"Tyler and Eddie did a fantastic job on my bathroom! I was so tired of the builder grade boring look, and they came in and made it personal. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on everything they were doing. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to other people."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."
