Said he would get me samples the following. Did not hear from him the following week. Called him. He seemed aggravated that I was calling him after he did not respond to my text or phone calls. Said he would call me the next day to tell me when he would show up to do job. Never called and did no hear from him again. Strung me along for a month and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional, rude and would not use him if he was the last mason on earth."

Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. We finally found the right guy/company and we are very happy with the results. Walter Santos of W. Santos Construction did it all for us. He started within days of us accepting his proposal. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage.
