We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. He has a great artistic eye and was able to make necessary design changes that took the job to the next level. "Can't speak highly enough of Paul and Jay and the job they did for us. It started out as just adding windows to the screened in porch and some insulation and walls in the space underneath to adding a roof over the small sun room on the side of the house to stop the waterfall coming through! Paul was very quick to respond to messages and no changes ever phased him. A complete pro from start to finish. The people he recommended for the electrical were top-notch as well. We have just moved back to the States from overseas and have never lived in this area so he became our go to guy with questions on services in the area and he never led us astray! We have more projects that we will be doing in the future and he will be the one to do them."

"We hired Adam to convert our single-car garage into a bonus room (framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, moved a gas line, rerouted the hose spigot, and replaced the garage door with a slider). The quality is fantastic. I’d recommend him to anyone. What really stood out: Adam cared about the details. I had a rough vision, but when we hit decisions I hadn’t thought through, he’d flag it and, if I didn’t have a strong preference, steer me toward the right choice. He had a real vision for how it should look, not just doing the bare minimum or blindly following directions. The other thing was how clean he and any of his crew kept their workspace. This didn't actually matter since they were in a garage we weren't using, but every day it was immaculate, and all the material scraps were removed.
