"Mr Richmond and his team installed a new roof on our Southern MD home in 2018. He was very professional and customer service oriented. His team was thorough, replaced sheathing as required, at a great price, without over charging. In early 2023, a storm blew a small piece of soffit off of the peak of my home. It was in a precarious location. I could not make the repair. I wasnà ¢à  à  t sure what company would take a minor repair issue seriously. Although unrelated to the 2018 roof replacement, I recalled Mr Richmond also performs siding installations. I gave him a call. Also, they reviewed their own work and were not satisfied with the flashing installation so they came back a couple days later with new material to replace it. No additional cost to us.
