Troy was able to isolate and seal the flashing issue that was causing our roof leak, however after further investigation, requiring the removal of some siding, we found some more serious structural damage to the studs in the wall. This seemed to be a beyond his expertise as a 1-man job, so we opted to have him stop there and will bring in a construction contractor to make these repairs. We are very pleased with the work Troy did and would not hesitate to contact him again. We are grateful he was dedicated enough to look into the damage further, otherwise we never would have seen the interior damage."

"Leo, Guillermo, and their crew did a great job. There were some unexpected discoveries once the demo started, but they handled it well and made sure to explain every step of the process. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others."

In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined.
