For the actual project, Henry was the lead and power washed the house about a week prior to starting on the painting. Henry was great... punctual, efficient and did quality work. He and his crew removed our old deck and replaced with Trex. I was concerned about certain areas of the deck where heavy pot plants sit so he double reinforced those areas with wood before installing the Trex so I wouldn't have any bowing of those areas.
