The company customer service called me again 1.5 hours later saying the technician is on his way and will be there in 30 mins. 15 minutes later, the Roto-Rooter truck pulls up. <br /> The technician was professional and courteous, the price was in the range of what I expected. He listened to my husband's jokes and even joked along. After clearing the sewer line, we asked the technician to take a look at an old tub facet drip to get a quote. He recommended that, due to the corrosion around the facet, replacing the whole tub fixture would be cheaper if we were planning to remodel anyway. The corrosion could cause the fixture to break during the dissemble. <br /> Another thing to note is that he took care to put on shoe covers to protect from dirtying our floor. I really appreciated that. <br /> I'm very happy with the service and will be a customer again if/ when I have another plumbing problem. <br />"

"THIS COMPANY was quick in replying but the tech could not take off the top of the sewer and my son did it himself and so my main issue is this tech.. I cannot rate the final performance as we did it ourselves. The tech asked if "you can spot me $200 and I can hydrojet to do the job thru through the toilet" which was not necessary and sounded shady."
