With ladies in the house wanting to wash their hair, this was an emergency! :) Brady with Hedrick’s Service Now came out and immediately noticed that the emergency cut-off valve had tripped and reset it. While here, he rearranged the cut-off valve cord. Before leaving, he explained why the cut-off valve tripped and how I can reset it in the future. He even took photos of the water heater which was located in the attic to graphically show how to change the cut-off valve batteries in the future.
