"OMG, what would I have done without Mr. Henry. My refrigerator was shooting water from the back line, quitely tearing apart the wall in my home and causing a minor flood in the wall. We could not get it to stop, the ice maker was not working, the water was coming out very slow. I called Mr. Henry he answered immediately, he came out and accessed the problem and showed me the leak in my wall that I was unaware of and the fact that union fitting was broken inside the wall. He replaced the Union Fitting, fixed the wall, and fixed it in a way where I can now easily push my refrigerator back which I was unable to do before. Most importantly he was extremely professional, on time, very courteous in the way he speaks and treats his customer, he is very knowledgeable about his job, and works very clean. He even took the time to vacuum and clean the area behind my refrigerator. I am extremely happy with Mr. Henry who was referred to me by my Brother Peter. He gets 5 STARS PLUS TAXXXXXXXX in my book. He investigated and diagnosed the problem with the timer of my dryer. He checked the knob first and found that it was broken. I was delighted to find that the timer was not broken. The timer would cost a fee, should I have asked to repair it. After finding the cause of the malfunction, he worked with me to ensure that I will get the replacement knobs online, which are specific to my dryer, among many other knobs. The fee for diagnosis would be credited for future repair work. The technician didn’t waste his nor my time. He was a friendly, and competent repair professional.
