Once we got a quote (which was extremely competitive with Empire and way cheaper than Home Depot), our carpet was ordered and installed in about a week. It was amazing how fast everything moved! The installers were able to remove and install my entire upstairs in about 6 hours (five bedrooms, landing and stairwell). Throughout it all, Ali was courteous, professional, and accommodating. The installers even fixed our squeaky floorboards before laying the carpet down, which no other company was willing to do. Thank you so much Ali and team for an amazing job, we love our carpet!!"

The showroom itself was neat, clean, very organized, and quite spacious; making navigating a pleasure. The owner, Kenny, and his staff introduced themselves. "I called Jack Plunkett, owner of the Carpet Doctor, after our AC unit leaked into our dining room. So glad we found him on Angie's List.! Jack was very responsive and came out to our home in Plantation the next day after our call to give us an estimate (no obligation!) for new padding, relaying our carpet and giving it a good cleaning. Jack arrived on time, and his estimate was very reasonable for all the work we needed done. By the end of that afternoon, the work was completed. It looks wonderful -- like the flood never happened -- and Jack was a great person to work with. I'm looking forward to hiring Jack at the Carpet Doctor to come out annually and clean our carpets and he will be the first one we call if we have another flood. "The flooring install came out very nice. Very level with almost no lippage. We decided to spend more for the leveling system which was worth the cost. Gregory was there when he said he would be and finished on time. Cleanup was good but we did have to de-haze after. There were a few small items we wanted to correct when he comes back to do the shower but do not detract from the overall job. We are happy with the outcome and plan to hire again for the shower."
