After promising to let me know if he had a cancellation that could accommodate our need for repairs to be completed before Thanksgiving, Miguel notified us (on Sunday) that he would be able to come on Monday. He texted 30 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on his way. He got to work immediately, going above and beyond our expectations by checking, fixing, and cleaning all the fans on our outside patio. He was determined to adjust the front door correctly, even though the screws were stripped. It now works amazingly. Care was taken with the installation of the hooks to see that they would hold without damaging the walls. Miguel was friendly, worked cleanly, reasonably priced and asked if there was anything more that we needed before leaving."

Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."

"Charlie is paradigm of responsibility and dependability, two qualities that are sorely missing in the Miami Beach area. I could not recommend him more wholeheartedly and I feel very fortunate to have found him in Angie's list.  <br /> I called Charlie and we set up an appointment to meet. He was professional, knowledgeable and low key but what impressed me was his uncompromising standards for his work. After significant research, I was leaning towards some shades which were particularly appealing to me. He discussed the pros and cons of each and, after further research, I verified that everything that he told me was right on target. During his visit I looked over his extensive selection of shades and found the right color and transparency for each room. I wanted motorized shades on two nearly wall-to-wall windows and a wall-to-wall <br /> door and was concerned about the price but Charlie's quote was less than I had received from other vendors. In fact, my contractor was concerned that the quality of the shades would not be good. Well, the shades are terrific - beautiful, sturdy, high end -  and every visitor so far has been wowed by their appearance. I wish I could show pictures. The  <br /> installation performed by Charlie and a very experienced assistant went seamlessly. In order to install the motorized shades, Charlie had to break a bit of wall. He had told me that customers often tell him that after his repairs, the wall often looks better than before and, indeed, there is no hint that anything was done to the wall.  <br /> A couple of points. Three days before the installation date, my contractor found that the new window casings had changed the window measurements that Charlie had taken. I had already told my contractor to fix it but we called Charlie and to my amazement, he graciously said that he would take care of modifying the size of shades. He assumed the additional cost of resizing the shades although this had not been his fault. I wanted a blue and a coral water-proof shades or blinds for my bathrooms. These are hard to find. While Charlie has a nice selection of high-quality, water-proof shades that he guarantees for several years, I was set on these colors as part of the design. I did not find shades but rather water-proof blinds in these colors and Charlie obligingly agreed to install the blinds at no cost. On the installment day, we found out that the company had not sent brackets and he agreed to come back to install them.  <br /> People with Charlies' dedication, thoroughness, commitment to high standards, and devotion to customers are very hard to find. He is a gem and has made the cost of Angie's list subscription a bargain. <br />"
