"I think at this day and age it’s rare that products and services work exactly as they’re promised. Getting a quote, contracting the installation including the product and execution was one of these rare events. I called in the morning, I got a visit from a tech in the afternoon and a serious quotation in the evening. After comparing to others in the following couple of days I decided for Discount Pool & Patio. I called Joe back, he asked me to confirm in writing. He connected me with the same tech who had come to check; we agreed on a date 4 working days later. On that date the product was delivered in the morning as scheduled and Mason (the tech) came In the afternoon as he had told me, to install. He did all the jobs needed: electrical, plumbing including digging a 5’ trench to bury the pipes between pump and heater, positioning of the heater, securing it down, connecting everything, putting it to work and testing it. He also covered all the holes and cleaned the area. When he left all was done and working. Important: until AFTER Mason left I had not spent a dime. Nothing. Joe called me, asked about my experience and only after all that he asked me to call the office, speak with Natasha and arrange for payment. Everything worked as it was supposed to without me having to call back, chase service provider or stressing over wrong delivery dates. Joe gave me 2 numbers (unit $ + installation $). Once all was said and done there were no hidden costs. I’m paying exactly the sum of those 2 numbers as agreed. It’s rare that providers deliver exactly what was promised, when it was promised, keep the agreed upon schedules, and how it was promised. No deviations. It performs as sold. Rare. I’m happy."

"I hired the company originally when it was under a different ownership - it was 4Eva Pool. Then it was bought out and became SoFlo. The guys leave stuff like empty chlorine bottles by the pool, leave dirty drag marks on the patio from equipment, don't really clean the pool all that good ( I found grass floating after the supposed service). Once something wasn't closed correctly and it caused my pool to lose about 10 inches of water in 2 days and got everything wet around the equipment because the water was shooting out. In any case - would not recommend this company. They sound nice and probably mean well, but can't handle basic tasks."
