"Home2renovate began work immediately and showed up to work every day. The workers were skilled and diligent. The work professionally performed. They cut out sections of dry rot from the eves and other areas, repaired the damage, caulked and painted. They also repaired the patio, replacing two badly rotted beams including the main patio support beam. The did not drip or splash paint on brick walkways or patio and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would hire them again for any home maintenance or addition project."

"We have worked with Robert Cline on home improvement projects for at least 15 years. He is reliable, highly skilled, and his work is impeccable. He has done extensive siding replacements on our homes in Santa Ana and Altadena using fiber-cement products, including fire-hardening upgrades such as enclosed eaves and ember-proof vent installation. Robert is enjoyable to work with. He gets the job done efficiently and cleanly; his courteous team cleans up at the end of each day, minimizing impact on the job site. We highly recommend Robert Cline, First Rate Remodeling."

The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we are very pleased with the final result. What truly sets Ben apart is that he has continued to stay in touch over the years, demonstrating his commitment to his clients even after the project was completed. My husband and I have been very happy with the work, and we would highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled construction professional"

"We really had an excellent experience with Be Green Builders. At first we had some fears about how it will end or what will be the quality of the work they will do…. And more… but when we set and spoke to Nir and saw his vision, past experience and samples of how our house will look like… all of our fears dissapeared and we trusted him very much. We saw how they prepared the house for the paint work, how they came each day to work and Nir supervised them and making sure that the work will be done like it was his own house. We highly recommend Be Green Builders for remodeling projects such as ours."

"The painting work done was excellent. The extent of the wood repairs was more than originally anticipated, but all repairs were needed and were executed well. We decided to replace all of the rain gutters for consistent appearance. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors as they have walked by the house and noted the paint colors and the additional front fencing that we installed rather than repair the original wooden fence. Additionally, Gary Kasabian, the owner, was an essential participant in selecting the final paint colors, ensuring that each color was complementary to the others and provided eye interest without being distracting. He also provided expert advise regarding craftsmen to build the new block/stucco wall along the front of the house and to take down and replace the rain gutters. He was on site daily and sometimes several times a day. He was always available by text or phone. Bottom line, we are very pleased with the way our home now looks and are glad that we selected Gary and GK Painting to do the job!"

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
