"I had just bought a bank owned homed, with all the trials and tribulations that comes with that!  It was clear that the drains (kitchen and bath) had not been cleaned out for quite some time, one of the toilets did not flush properly and one of the toilets was clogged when we took occupancy.  Mr. Rooter came quickly, worked professionally, and we haven't had a problem since.  Although the price might seem a bit high, he had to completely remove and reinstall the toilet (there was a tube of toothpaste stuck in it!) and the kitchen drain was so badly clogged (bacon grease!) that it required a hydro-jet to clear it completely. <br />"

Cape Fear Rooter's shown they are the whole package on my checklist of what I look for so I now just consider them my family's plumber. "After checking first, Ashton and Harley were able to arrive 2hrs earlier than the appointment time(which was same day as I called). One drain was a simple fix after they removed a frozen stopper and cleared debris underneath. The other one required them to use electric snake. Took less than an hour and everything works fine now."
