They had agreed in writing that they were wrong and were willing to credit me back by check the difference in premium costs but to date and after several promises from their sales mgr, I have received <$1000 with numerous unfulfilled promises from the mgr that they would send the balance. Very disappointed with their mgmt and their commitment to do what they promise and to make right on their mistake."
