Been in business for 9 yrs, mostly Residential although I have completed my commercial test and passed it. I am a Husband married 25yrs and a Father of 5, my oldest 37, youngest 11. All in all, I was satisfied with the service provided by this company.  However, I should note that the the pipe did not at first appear to be properly sealed as small drops of water could be detected for the first day or two after the plumbing job was completed.  I called the main office and the lady that I spoke to was very friendly and responsive to my concern.  She offered to send out a plumber again to remedy any lingering problem. As it turned out, the small drops of water that could be seen the first day or two eventually ceased to be a problem.  I'm not sure if this was time that it took for the glue to fully bond.  Anyway, the consternation of the small (very small, in fact) leak immediately following the completion of the plumbing job made me lose confidence in this company and for this reason, I will not use them again.

"Everything went very well.  Pavel Farcas did the work, and I was very grateful that he was able to come out today so we could have our main bathroom back.  He replaced the leaky line, and we decided that it made sense to replace all the bathroom water lines since all were poor-grade builder pipe and almost 30 years old.  If one had cracked, it would not be long before the others did as well, and my husband and I wanted to avoid major water damage in the future.  The price was VERY reasonable, the work was done quickly and neatly, and we are very happy with everything.  I have already discussed several other future projects with Pavel and will definitely have him back to do the work when we are ready.
