I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. He indicated I needed a new tank, He will return to install. He clearly showed competence. He spoke well and listened well. I would recommend."
