"We had some major under the foundation concrete slab corrosion of piping in our home. EZ flow did a thorough inspection and found the issues. We had some heavy work to do in order to fix: remove shower, tub, punch a hole in the concrete, and dig a hole under the house to expose the plumbing. "Charlie was great. The issue I have is with the pricing. Charlie eliminated a leak from the supply side so he wanted to put a camera down the drain pipe outside the kitchen. He discovered that the drain pipe had alot of grease etc in it and thought water may be backing up and leaking onto the stem wall. He offered to do a jet wash and it would be $1080. I did want the pipe cleaned and agreed to have it done. I am currenlty not sure if this will fix the stem wall issue. He was here about an hour on 2 separate days and the total bill was $1300. I know there are equipment costs etc, but wow. Phend plumbing performed the plumbing work on our house back in 2015 when we did a complete re-model. We used Dublin construction and Pete was at our house a few times so I thought it would be good to use Phend again. I remember back then having issues with the kitchen sink. Pete had to come out and re do what the other guy did because he did it wrong. I watched Charlie shove a hose in the drain pipe back and forth for about 15 minutes. I really don't think a service like this should cost over $1000."

"Have you ever hired someone on a hunch? I did just that when I saw the Above All Home Services LLC logo. I called and asked if they could install a new garbage disposal for me? I know hiring someone on a hunch is not the best way to hire someone. But I did that; I fell in love with the beautiful logo Above All Home Services LLC had chosen for company’s calling card and website. However, in full disclosure, I did not select Above All Home Services LLC, only because of the logo. I was eager to find a competent individual to do the installation for me. I also read the ton of five-star reviews that Above All Home Services LLC received from satisfied customers. After meeting the two professionals (Jeff and son-in-law), I felt like I had made the right decision, and that was even more evident after they completed the project. They were extremely polite and did a fantastic job installing the new garbage disposal. After the work was completed, they cleaned up, but it was not hard because they never made a mess during installation, so cleaning was easy. After these two genuinely nice and competent gentlemen completed the job, they checked several times and ways to make sure there were no leaks – there were none; I highly recommend Above All Home Services LLC. They were timely, did the job in a judicious fashion, and made sure everything was clean before they left. More importantly, the job was professionally done.
