"Carolina flooring Roofing contacted me 20 minutes after I left a message late in the evening around 7 p.m. I was calling 2 get an estimate to get my roof fixed I was missing five or six shingles and I needed to get them fixed in order to sell my house. No kidding like 20 minutes after my message was left the owner of self I found out later his name was David called and said he was on his way from Jacksonville out towards the Southwest area on his way home to Sneads Ferry and said that he'd give him about 10 minutes he was going to check it home make sure he wasn't needed right away at home and that he would stop by and assess the repairs and see what it would take to fix them. He called me back less than 10 minutes later said that I it would be no problem then that we weren't taking away from his family time cuz that's what I was concerned about being so late I don't want to take away from family time he said no that's not an issue and he was already got your address so I'll be there in less than 5 minutes. So David showed up within 5 minutes it's probably about 7:45 8:00 now and he grabbed his ladder and grabbed his headlamp and headed up to the roof after checking out the pictures of the inspection that was done by the inspector who took pictures with the Drone and located where the tiles were missing and hello when he got up on the roof he was talking to us while we were standing on the driveway and he asked because you don't happen to have any of the shingles with you do cuz they were asphalt shingles and I was like well yes but not here he's like oh that's too bad like well we have them but they're three miles away so he said well if you can go grab them real quick and get me about five or six of them because I'll just make the repairs now and then that way you guys are taken care of and I don't have to worry about sending my crew out and I can just take care of it myself. So my wife left in about 10 minutes later she showed up with the shingles he took the shingles cut him the way he needed him and everything took him up made the repair and even found a shingle that wasn't even mentioned in the inspectors report and fix that shingle as well so now we're at about almost 84059 he did this all at night when it was dark take care of the issue there was a minimal charge and it was not even half of what I was expecting to pay I was expecting to be a lot more but he took care of it within that 3 hours of me calling him my roof was fixed and now I can carry on with the sale of the house. David has definitely restored my faith in people when you need something done and done right and even in my situation I need it done in a pinch and that's what he told me it sounded like when I left a message and that's why he made it to my house that night and was able to make the repairs."
