I had previously had problems finding a contractor who was available or who would dedicate concentrated time and resources to my job so I really appreciated the level of energy that Amazing Renovations gave right from the start. Additionally, Richie came up with a creative solution for me to create an owners storage room in my garage. I also liked that they were skilled at a variety of tasks with everything from construction to fence installation, etc. They also have a wide array of subcontractors who they work with which was helpful in expediting the project. They also provided a lot of communication, and sought my input on decisions. Their prices I felt were reasonable, and their employees were polite and hard-working. "Chester did a remodel on our master bathroom. The results were excellent. Chester helped with the design & planning, making recommendations of things that would work & highlighting things to stay away from. He was able to suggest a number of local suppliers to visit to get ideas and once we selected our choices he priced everything out and advised us on items that we could look at to adjust the final price without sacrificing quality or the design. Chester was accurate with his estimate vs final price & schedule; he also freely advised me on many things around the house that he was not working on. There was a minor problem at the end of the project and Chester was very accommodating in fixing it. Furthermore, Chester is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Should we undertake anymore projects in the future, we will certainly use Chester. Therefore, I highly recommend Chester Bachert for your project.
