We were placed in touch with our designer Scott who was absolutely amazing. He came out to the house, gave us a free estimate, was never pushy and helped us to design our perfect new sunroom. Time expectations was right on schedule even though they were battling horrible weather (very rainy season here). The crew was polite and very professional. Scott stayed with us form start to finish. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "It went really pretty well and the end product turned out fantastic! Chris and Ryan did a great job building the room. Both are really hard and dedicated workers. Communication could have been a little better - but the end result was great. Billy Painter is the president of the company and is the design design guy. He did a terrific job blending the two spaces and resolving any issues that arose. Andrew is the up front guy and a real pleasure to work with. Got quotes from two other companies and Southern Exposure was the best. I would recommend them."
