They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. When they were almost done, I found that I had not communicated exactly what I needed and it wasn't done quite the way I had intended. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. "I have a very large front yard and courtyard so there was quite a bit of ground to cover. Jorge designed the circular driveway and designed the desert planting scheme to make best use of the yard and courtyard with the right plant color schemes for a desert display and to complement the color and design of the house. The crew who installed the driveway and landscaping were very good at what they do. They got an amazing amount of work done in a short amount of time. "Installation went well. All workmen were courteous and professional. The only problem I had was the lack of communication from the office. An appointment made in the home was not given to the scheduler. A workman called that he was on the way and I had not been notified that the unit needed additional inspection at a time when the outside temperature was warm enough for the testing. These were minor matters. A workman was dispatched quickly when I called about a noise from the unit that I couldn't identify, diagnosed the problem (air leak at intake), and fixed it for me. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
