"The tub went in on schedule as promised. There were two tile pieces that cracked, but Keith had found pieces of tile and marble from other jobs he'd done that were close enough to blend in with the existing stuff. He cut matched to fit, and I'm no longer sure which tile is the replacement one. As usual, everything was picked up and you can't tell that any work was done in the area. All garbage, dust, etc. was gone before he left the site. He demonstrated use and called back today to make sure things were working. I'm going to check back with him mid week in case there are any problems or questions. This is not my first experience with him. We had spent over $15,000 having a bathroom remodeled by a high end construction firm and were not happy with the built in tub. We had asked for a "jacquzzi-type" and had a "jetted" installed. They referred Keith to us as their expert to give us an estimate as to what it would cost to get what we wanted. After a careful inspection, I asked him how he would have done the job as we were having problems. He said he probably would have used an on demand water heater and done several other things structurally. Since this would have saved us a significant amount of money in hot water costs and provided a much more stable result where modifications and repairs could be done easier, it was obvious that we'd hired the wrong bunch. He gave me a quote to get things fixed. I asked him if he'd do it if it were his decision, and he said "No.". At that point, I said, "When I'm ready to work on my kitchen, I'll call you. There's a lot of plumbing lines that are going to have to be moved and I need someone who knows how things work". The kitchen project was difficult, but the results were amazing. I deeply regretted leaving that house and moving into our new one. Since then, he's done all of our modifications that involve any plumbing and coordinated any other efforts by other specialists associated with the projects. So far, we've needed to have lines moved in laundry rooms, major portions of the kitchen changed and will probably rehab the entire kitchen and master bath within the next 2 years. I will call Keith and have peace of mind."

"Do I have to choose one word to describe? If so then I can't. There are too many positive adjectives to describe this company: Honest, detail oriented, perfectionism, respectful, superb, wonderful, amazing - Overall 10 STARS. Our journey began when we went to bid for the kitchen remodel - new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen sink, faucet, back splash and island on wheels. We had received several quotes, all outside of our budget. After emailing everyone that message, Jim was the only one who replied back and said let's see what we can do to get you within budget. What???? WOW!!!!!! What company does that? THIS ONE DOES!!! After MULTIPLE back and forths with quotes questions and renderings we were able to proceed WITHIN BUDGET. Of course we were told the cabinets would be ordered and ready by the time the project started. I will be honest and say I've heard that in the past from friends who have had their kitchens remodeled and it didn't happen. But MY OH MY OUR CABINETS WERE IN THE GARAGE DAY 3 OF THE PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WEE!!!!!!!!! James was our guy - he demo'd and installed the kitchen by himself. He is a WORK HORSE. He never stopped except for lunch. He was respectful - told us when he was going to lunch, had ear phones on so we didn't hear music (we were both working from home at this point). Came when he said he would and cleaned up before he left. Countertops were installed EARLIER than expected. Eric who did our backsplash was just as amazing as James. I was planning on using a product that would separate the tiles but when installed on the first wall it just didn't work. Instead of just installing because the customer said so, he stopped to explain the problem and the solution. He also suggested tiny details that I myself never thought of and his suggestions and install were SPOT on. LOVE OUR BACKSPLASH!! OH Did I mention from start to FINISH - 3 and a half weeks!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!! Now mind you ours was a small remodel but golly gee I was expecting 6 plus weeks. I honestly cannot say enough about this company and the employees. I read ALL the reviews and checked their license (IMPERATIVE when hiring a contractor). EVERY review of Jim and Regal is SPOT on. Can't wait to have them come back and remodel our master bath. There is NOONE else I would trust but them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"
