Preparation, including thorough pressure washing, and painting were VERY skillful and efficient -- job done on time. Caulking and painting was done to the utmost level of care and competence. Everything was exactly as promised, including moving everything from the patio and restoring it after the painting was completed. The crew gently brought loose ground cover away from the foundation and placed it back post painting, providing additional moisture barrier and aid to pest control. No paint on landscaping and all cleanup as promised. All of this was because the seller of services understands the needs of residents. The painters were friendly, courteous, and very appreciative of compliments due them. All those involved treated us so well. An organization reflects the character of its leadership. Job well done."

Formal complaint filed and id getting escalated tomorrow after waiting around for hours again today as they are ?on the way?. LOOK at this roof replacement they did AND the ?repairs? have only caused more damage to my home. DO NOT RISK YOUR HOMES STRUCTURE BEING DAMAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! They slapped wood on top of the metal to fix how bad that was and that made things worse??. "
