"Tech was running late but called to let me know. Forget his name, Eric maybe, but he was very professional and completed my requested repairs quickly. Replaced the wheels and screen door and tried to adjust the sliding door, unfortunately, there wasn’t much he could do. He did clean and lubricate the tracks and it operated very smoothly."

Arranged with Joe on pretty short notice to do the move.  We had just a phone call or two - he picked up both times, no recording or telephone tag - and he arrive on schedule. There was a very minor pushback of scheduling time but Joe called to let me know, which was great.  Joe and one helper moved everything into the unit on a VERY HOT day when apparently, to our surprise, the cooling system had not yet been turned on. Never a word of complaint from either Joe or his helper.  Joe apparently has a lot of years of experience and he was great at both the moving part and the placement part, which is held the battle when moving into a storage unit. He handled my furniture and boxes beautifully and carefully protected our newly painted walls.  Couldn't have asked for a better move and would hire him again in a heartbeat.  "
