"The move was an excellent experience from start to finish! Arranged with Joe on pretty short notice to do the move.  We had just a phone call or two - he picked up both times, no recording or telephone tag - and he arrive on schedule. There was a very minor pushback of scheduling time but Joe called to let me know, which was great.  Joe and one helper moved everything into the unit on a VERY HOT day when apparently, to our surprise, the cooling system had not yet been turned on. Never a word of complaint from either Joe or his helper.  Joe apparently has a lot of years of experience and he was great at both the moving part and the placement part, which is held the battle when moving into a storage unit. He handled my furniture and boxes beautifully and carefully protected our newly painted walls.  Couldn't have asked for a better move and would hire him again in a heartbeat.  "

Scott arrived on time, and worked through most of what i wanted him to work on. He suggested I get the parts from the hardware store so that we could get done sooner (and I agreed). If he'd gone instead (and they don't charge for the time they are getting parts), he may have got what he wanted quicker but this way, he could work on some of the other projects while I got him his parts. Downside, was that our water was shut off for a considerable period of time while we got the leaky faucets fixed.
One of the faucets started to leak again a few days later, and the door threshold had a part come loose. They came back to fix these promptly, and charged me only for the time/parts that were not related to the original fix.
I am going to be using them again for my future needs.
