"The initial contact was very timely and professionals. We discussed needs then set up his first availability which was nearly two weeks out. That wasn't a problem, however, a confirmation call about the appointment would've been reassuring. I left a message the night before about confirmation but never heard back. The day of the appointment, the tech called to apologize that he would be late due to a family emergency. He showed up, confirmed the work to be done and got to work. I had some other ideas of work to be done and he was very good at giving me the pros/cons, so-to-speak, about the work. "I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. Definitely, would recommend and very reasonable price."
