The toilet flushes fine with no leaks, and it's now very sturdy and not going anywhere. Based on this experience, I would use Tom's Plumbing and Heating again, and would highly recommend them to others."

They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"
