He will take his time during the initial in-person consultation and clearly explain the whole process with designs and videos without any high-pressure snake oil sales-tactics. I had some previous house trap/sewage issues and Steve and Team kindly went above and excavated additional areas and recemented after the plumbers finished at no additional charge and saving us $$$. "Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. "They come to the house to show me samples of the products before they’re installed so ensure I am happy. The cabinets have this coating that do not allow for the stains to be etched into the materials, no stains makes cleaning them a breeze! So many different designs and very very in depth facing for the cabinets as well. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and finance was a breeze with @Enerbank. So I was extremely pleased with the process to say the least. They do offer granite and so many other amazing offerings, the backsplash selection has me in an oasis of possibilities, needless to say it was a very fun meaningful and exciting experience. I got phone calls emails and returned calls after 10AM, because I hate the 7AM calls so much! All and all please consider them as your 1 stop shop!!!"
