When I told him what my plumbing problems were, he actually looked at my water softener. I had another plumbing service out that said I needed a whole new water softener and he said that he didn't think I had it programmed correctly. He reprogrammed it and it was absolutely fine. The other company had sent out their water softener specialist and said I needed to replace it. We had a willow tree that snapped a power line and didn't know that it needed to be reprogrammed. He was reliable and did good work. I will probably hire him again for more work. He also went over to another house that my husband and I own and fixed a toilet there very quickly. When he is done with the work, he makes sure that it is really repaired. I felt like I was in good hands and he does quality work."

"I was very pleased with their service. I asked them to follow up with me because I was thinking about replacing some fixtures, and I never heard back. I thought the price was very reasonable. I thought he did a wonderful job. I was trying to figure out how to turn the water off in my condo. I found a lever and it didn't turn. It had been broken. He was able to manipulate it so that it didn't need to be replaced. He showed me what to do so I wouldn't have to call him back. I would give him an A for all of the service questions, but for the follow up questions I would give him an F."

"We needed someone to come out to find the cause of the horrible sewage odor from our mound system. I went onto Home Advisor and found Badgerland Plumbing and called at 3:40 in the afternoon but figured late afternoon on a Friday would not be a good thing. As soon as I explained to Jared what my concern was, he said he would be out in 25 minutes, showed up on time and worked until he could assure us we were in no danger. He checked everything and replaced a leaky water fixture in the basement that he felt was allowing odor from the new pump that was just installed in our mound system to enter the house. He explained everything he was doing, was courteous, friendly and asked that we call him the next day to let him know if the problem was resolved. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
