"<p>W have 5 windows - 4 normal size - 1 VERY large - 5 ft x 9 ft.   The 4 normal size windows - 2 we can reach, and 2 high above our reach.  The 5 x 9 ft window is above a fireplace.  We wanted honeycomb blinds that we lower and raise with a cord.  Adams showed us what was available and can order the blinds with longer cords so that the two normal size higher windows could be adjusted from ground level.  This also applied to the 5 x 9 ft window.   The blinds were delivered and installed.  Mr Adams and his son (who did the installation) were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>About one month after installation the cord for the large window separated and the blind was left use less.  We called and Mr Adams came out to assess the situation.  He indicated that the size of the large window was in the parameters for the blind with the pull cord.  He could clearly see that this was not going to last for the long term.  He wanted to take the blind back and have the manufacturer make something that would work.  It did take a few weeks, and they came back and installed a honeycomb blind with a rotating pulley type cord.  This felt much more secure and stronger for the size of the blind.    </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I am happy to say that a year later, all is working as expected.  .  </p> <br />"
