Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Swansea, MA

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"Division we had for our dining room was achieved. We had cabinetry and bookshelves in our dining room that were replaced by curio cabinets, and totally repainted to match our furniture. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"Peter was responsive, creative, knowledgeable, hard-working, reliable. He had never built a treehouse before and undertook the project by informing himself, consulting experts, working with me over design, and communicating well at every stage. He was realistic in budgeting and kept to his plan. A very nice person and a pleasure to work with. I'd give the highest recommendation."

"Very well. David was very professional and informative about the cleaning process. He pointed out some important issues so I can understand the process. I felt very comfortable having him in my home."

"Scott & Matt did an outstanding job! They replaced a damaged fan vent and pipe. Quick service at a great rate. Paula G."

"I recently hired LionHeart Finish Carpentry for a bathroom remodel, and I honestly couldn?t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, respectful, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the work truly surprised me ? the bathroom came out even better than I expected. Everything looks clean, modern, and very well finished. They communicated well throughout the project and made sure everything was done the right way. It?s hard to find contractors who combine quality, professionalism, and reliability like this. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or finish carpentry work."

"If you are looking for a reliable, multi-talented contractor, look no further than Dorhty Construction! They just finished remodeling several spaces for us?inside and out?and the results are stunning. Their work ethic is unmatched, and they truly care about the finished product. Professional, fair pricing, and exceptional quality. 10/10 would hire again!"

"EXCELLENT, This is the first time I have used this company. I wish I knew about them before. they were very helpful, the office staff was topnotch, and the owner John was a pleasure to interact with, the work was done timely and the quality of their work was superb. If I have any other projects they will be the first that I call. great work guys."

"Paul Pinheiro is the best contractor I've ever worked with. He answered all my questions, and he was straight forward. Because no project goes according to the plan, we had a couple of oh-oh moments. Paul had great ideas to resolve those issues, and we were able to move forward seamlessly. Paul's crew was awesome! They installed 13 windows, new siding, and rebuilt 2 porches all for a very reasonable price. They did top quality work. My home has been transformed, and I love it! It is beautiful."

"Hired David Pierre, his crew and sub-contractors to install a new bathroom, remodel an existing bathroom, convert an attic to living space, install spray insulation, and rewire our 180 year old house in Plymouth, Ma. David impressed me with his professionalism and straight-forward approach, and I was not disappointed. Honest and committed to the end. Construction jobs always seem to take longer than expected, and this was true here, as well, but I think it is due to the nature of the business -- coordinating the schedules of several subs and dealing with unanticipated issues, especially when working on an old house. David juggled it all well. His core carpentry crew, Paul and Derek, were skilled, dedicated and responsive to requests. They kept the ball rolling forward. Good quality work at reasonable prices -- it would have cost me substantially more to use one of the larger home remodeling firms and I probably would get far less top-level attention."
