"Called to have the my refrigerator's water/ice system repaired.  A part was replaced but problem was not fixed.  Another part had to be ordered.  Due to a misunderstanding, several weeks passed between the initial visit and the last visit on 4/15/2015.  The second part was installed and everything seems to be working.  I was not charged for the first part, which was not the problem.  Because it took so long to get the second part installed, Walter's did not charge me a labor or trip charge.  I was charged only for the second part.  I thought this was very fair. <br /> <br /> Everything seems to be working fine now.  This was the third time I have called Walter's for repairs and would call them again."
