"I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it. I'll likely forget soon but he said feel free to call him if I have any questions or concern. I'm very happy with the services I received from Michael and Bryan and deserved a 5 star rating."

"ADT’s alarm system is fantastic. The motion sensors, door/window contacts, and cameras work flawlessly. The home automation features are a huge plus—I can control everything from my phone. Highly recommend ADT to anyone looking for reliable security."

"Very professional and courteous. The owner, Ray was eager to listen and address my concerns. I couldn't be happier with the camera system and alarm they installed. I was able to identify a suspect in an attempted robbery and provide the vehicle's tag to the authorities."

"I moved my business to a new location and needed a company to wire my new office for internet. Penn Security called me within minutes of me submitting my request to Home Advisors. Although they could not do the work for wiring my whole office that day, they did come to give me a quote and to make sure that I had at least some sort of internet access. I cannot conduct business without internet. I thought that was so incredibly thoughtful and amazing of them. They did the work 2 days later and did a wonderful job. The crew was friendly, courteous and efficient. I have had no problems with the installation they performed and I would recommend them to anyone! Truly an amazing company!"

"Honestly? Something like this: ★★★★★ We just moved to Pottstown and Brandon and Bobby knocked on our door. We'd been putting off getting security, but these are local guys not a big call center. They explained everything clearly, didn't pressure us, helped us pick the Complete package, and got our Nest doorbell, thermostat, and sensors set up. Professional install, simple app. Feels good knowing local people are looking out for us. Highly recommend."

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. I contacted our existing company, Vector, Vivant, ADT & 1st Security. I met with all of the reps. Jeremy from 1st Security came to our home right away to conduct a detailed security assessment. He listened to our needs and our concerns with our existing landline based security system (through Vector), and he designed an effective yet practical and affordable set up for our home. Their prices cannot be beat- trust me I did my homework. Larry came to install the new security system and he was also great to deal with. Knowledgeable and patient- he took his time to explain how the system worked and gave us his cell # in case we had any issues. Kudos to 1st Security USA! Great folks doing business the way it should be done- honest and professional. I will be spreading the word"

"The lady that installed our security system is very nice. She went over the security choices they offer. After I told her what I wanted she went to her car and retrieved all that I asked for. I was very surprised that the initial visit and installation happened within 3 hours. All was up and running when she left. She really knows her stuff."
