"Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. Before leaving, he provided a list of other services and home improvements to keep in mind, which was great since we just moved in to a new home a couple weeks ago. "Everything went well. Some of the outlets and switches connected to one of the new breakers went out but the breaker did not trip. After awhile the power to those outlets and switches suddenly came back on. Jordan came back out to inspect. The wiring in most of the house is very old and he explained and showed me the differences. He gave me an Amprobe and explained to me how to troubleshoot should the power go out again without the breaker tripping. This will narrow down and possibly identify where the chain is breaking in the power."
