After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. Our dryer was running however it was not heating up and actually drying the clothes. On Saturday morning by 830AM, Frank called me to discuss the issue and provided a description of what could be wrong with the dryer. He also provided estimates for the different possible issues and provided a window he would be out at the house that day. Frank texted me that he was on his way, arrived promptly, examined the dryer, let me know what the issue was, and let me know what the cost would be. He fixed the dryer quickly and even cleaned out the dryer vent while he was here. Fast response, great work, would recommend and use House Appliance Repairs again. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable to me."

"Lenny did a fantastic job for us! Our refrigerator stopped functioning the other evening. He was here to work on it the next morning, less than two hours from when we sent our request! No other agency or serviceman was available that quickly. He was very professional in his work. And he patiently explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards.
