"The entire process was great! They were the first company that came up when I looked up shower replacements. It seemed as soon as I send for someone to reach out for a consultation appointment my phone was ringing and the person who I spoke to was very nice. When Brexton came out for the consultation we were so comfortable with her and it felt like we know here for years. She gave us all our options and knew there product and took great pride in her company. Our search was over! We knew this was the company we wanted to replace our showerer. When the day came we were so excited! When the installers came they did not disappoint. Randy and Kevin were awesome! They both were very nice and professional and knew their jobs well. They even played with my cat Otto, who really like them, the entire time they were there. At the end of the install they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. You can tell they take pride in their job and the company they work for. We absolutely love the new shower and highly recommend West Shore Home"

"We had a stall shower installed. Brandon and Dora did an excellent job. Removed old tub. Built a wall and installed the new stall shower. Workmanship is excellent. Cleanup was excellent. I am very pleased from meeting Rosie, the sales person, customer service and getting the job done perfectly."

"We did find other contractors that claimed they could "do it cheaper" but we know where that can lead. Bruce was able to prove the quality of materials and workmanship both on paper and in-person. No subcontractors was a big deal for us and the crew was awesome! The fact that they accommodated our wish to have it installed before Christmas was very generous. The 2 year labor warranty really put us at ease. We have zero regrets and are extremely impressed with the honesty, professionalism and quality of the project and the crew."

"HomeAdvisor set up an appointment for me for the same day to evaluate my sump pump. They looked over my system and gave me a fair price quote for the work to replace the sump pump with a new cast iron Zoeller sump pump. They were able to do the work quickly and efficiently at the appointment. Jason was very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job!"

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. Respectfully Leslie Greeley Brewster Ma"

"We recently had to replace our previous shower due to poor installation, shower bench was rotted from inside causing a foul odor, floor was not leveled and the grout was actually sinking through causing our pebble floor to start cracking away. Called the crew at The bath Company & Home Remodeling and look at this beautiful shower! We are so pleased with the outcome, installers went above and beyond to meet our needs!!!! Thank you again for everything you did to make this a smooth ride!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!"

"We had water damage and so had to replace certain parts of the bathroom, and then decided while we are at it to do a full modernization. Paul alerted us to the fact that some of this cost would be reimbursable by our insurance carrier - and it was - resulting in several thousand dollars of savings that we otherwise would not have. We have an old house (1860) and Paul was interested in the history of the place and knowledgeable about the old construction methods. In these Covid times, everything took longer - material availability and such - but Paul was good about letting us know what was going on, and very responsive any time we had a question. We are very pleased with the result."
