"Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. It not only saved me money and time, but gave me great relief that my plumbing is going to go back to normal again. All the girls who work in the office were extremely helpful as well ! Ryan communicated with me shortly following my request. Showed up at my house 45 minutes later, coordinated with the water company, repaired my leak and had the water back on in under 3 hours! But wait, there's more! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained all the work he did. But wait, there's one more thing. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon, just an hour after I discovered the leak and began to dread what it would cost me to have a plumber come out and repair the pipe.
