"I called these guys late on a Friday evening not expecting to hear back until the following Monday. They contacted me that Saturday morning and were at my house first thing Monday. I’m not one to write reviews but I felt their level of service was truly above and beyond. The team was very nice and respectful something you don’t always find from people in construction. Gutters aren’t something that you need replaced often but if I ever have issues they are going to be my go to from her on out. "I love my new door! It took us a few weeks to get in synch to get the door measured and ordered, but once the scheduler was back from vacation, everything went without a hitch. The installers were professional and fast! They cleaned up completely before they left. And because I was able to be flexible, they called me when they had a cancellation, so my door was installed at least a week sooner than I expected. I am very happy with their service and price."

"The start date ended up getting delayed by about 10 days due to rainy weather. This was not Kimball's fault. There was a little aggravation caused by the office calling us and saying they were ready to start when they were not (poor communication with the crews in the field). This was not a big deal. Once the crew came they were very efficient and got the job done in 4 days. We are very  happy with the way our new roof looks. The crew did a great job with site clean up. So far, I have not found any dropped screws or nails, which is very important if you don't want a series of flat tires (been there, done that). I hope our new roof performs as expected for many years.
