The job would require four downspouts but rather than charge me for extra downspouts, Brad suggested reusing the two I already had attached to the house.Their schedule was busy, but they were able to come out within a week. The work was done while I was at work. When I came home, I noticed that the new gutters blended well with color of the trim of my vinyl siding. They left my yard exactly as I left it, without any bits or pieces in the grass for my dog to chew. I was very happy with their work!

"Jon and his team were awesome. One specific job we had was a repair/replacement of some stamped & colored concrete in our driveway. Jon wasn't happy with how it came out initially, and determined that re-sealing the whole driveway to get the colors to match was the only way to do it properly, so he did so w/o any additional charge. He also showed humility in that he didn't mention that he'd be doing at his cost. Glad to see Jon has such good reviews on here."

"I was contacted promptly by the sales person who gave me a reasonable estimate and we then arranged a time for the work to be done. This was going to be three weeks out, since they were so busy. However, they contacted me two weeks early and the job was started. They were very clean and got the dumpster out of my driveway as soon as the stripping phase was complete. A supervisor came around to inspect the work in progress. The workers were respectful and kept themselves busy. They completed all the work in 3 days and kept to the amount we agreed to on the contract/estimate. Basically, it couldn't have gone more smoothly."
