You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "The installers did a great job installing both the windows and doors. Very clean and professional installation. The only negative would be a miscommunication on window function. We initially looked at a Pella vinyl window that had a night latch which we liked. These were west and south facing windows so we wanted to go with something more durable and decided on Pella fiberglass windows. When we asked if the fiberglass model had all the same features, we were told by TVE yes. However, these particular windows apparently don't come with a night latch. The double hungs were also somewhat difficult to close both upper and lower windows. TVE called the Pella rep and asked them to set up a review with us to check function and to see if anything could be done to add a night latch. I very much appreciated TVE's proactive approach on this relatively minor issue."
