We offer free carpet estimates in our local area. Trip charges will be added for the following areas: Searcy, Carlisle, Keo, Conway, Alexander, Bryant, Benton, Ferndale, Roland and El Paso. Trip charges are depending on how far out can be $25.00 up to $50.00. Just ask our customer service representive and she will let you know exactly how much or if there is not charge. Our carpet cleaning method is warm water extraction with a dry time of 3-4 hours depending on the weather and time of year. Our company will offer you 4 different packages that you can mix or match depending on the type of cleaning you are interested in at the time you call our office. We clean by the square feet of each room. Example: Bedroom: 10' x 10'= 100 sqft; Livingroom: 20' x 25'= 500 sqft and so on. The Packages we offer to clean carpet: Empty House: (without pets) 22 cents per sqft - Completely empty house. Maintenance Package: (without pets living in house) 32 cents per sqft - no moving any large furnishings only small fixtures. Foot stools, light weight coffee tables, ect. Value Package: (without pets living in house) 38 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet underneath moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Gold Service Package: (without pets living in house) 47 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet wiping down baseboards and hidden electical recepticals. Moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Note: **Our company does not move any furniture that has items on top or inside of the furnishing. Please empty all contents out of drawers or off tables. We will have to be informed on dressers with detachable full mirrors before time to clean. All Pet Damage to carpet is extra charge and the technician will have to give a price upon arrival and inspection of damage carpet. All of the above is to make your carpet cleaning experience one that you will remember that went smooth and timely.
