"Finding Wayne during a bad snowstorm was like finding gold. Temps outside were single digits. My heat was nonexistent and I thought no one would come out to help me. Wayne not only came out but he quickly fixed the problem. I had no other source of heat and could not get out to pick up the heaters I ordered from Walmart plus I was very sick that day.
