The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. "We could not be happier with our decision to hire Hobbs Remodeling to replace the tile floor in our master bathroom. They are extremely quick and responsive with communication, and the job was completely done exactly one week from the day that I first contacted them. Early in the project, they discovered that water had leaked over time and rotted a portion of our subfloor. There was a gaping hole under the tile that we originally had.
