"My house was built in 1955 and old wood had to be replaced. Ivan came out gave me a estimate and was able to perform the work within a week. The crew was excellent at their work. Would hire again"

"Ivan is very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. The installers did a great job on our vinyl siding repair and even worked in the rain. We will use them again if needed in the future."

"Quality work. Fast and at a great price. Did a great job replacing my vinyl siding and installing Hardy board siding, Would highly recommend."

"Jose and Tampa Bay Gutters were fantastic. They quickly came to the house, looked at the necessary repairs, and offered additional suggestions for improvement on our siding and our gutters. We agreed with all of their recommendations. They finished the job in one day and were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended! Will hire again."

"B. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."

"Fast and reliable service. I had copper gutters installed and it looks absolutely terrific. They even left my place cleaner than it was before they arrived to even do the job! Thanks Florida Exterior Pros!"

"Professional. A concern is that the job took longer than anticipated"

"I was not looking for vinyl and they said they don't do fiber cement"
