He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "Larry was outstanding. He came by the day after I called him - our attic stairs could not be put up and it was a matter of time before one of us hit our heads coming around the corner. Larry repaired the stairs which meant we didn't have to buy new stairs. We were unable to open all 4 windows in a living room - the previous owner had caulked them shut. Larry made 4 trips to the store to get all the parts - he had to replace the bottom pieces. He also put our screen windows in. A large pipe in the garage needed to be secured to the wall which Larry did. Larry was meticulous with everything he did, using masonry screws to secure ornaments to concrete and slate walls. He and Bob, his assistant were also very diligent about making sure that our one cat (aka The Escape Artist) did not get out of the house. Larry re-installed some light fixtures that a painter had left undone. Larry was always on time, worked quickly and does beautiful work. We would definitely hire him for future projects."
